Endhiran Review

Finally, this day this year started off really well.. Well because it was the release of much hyped (One of the most hyped film that I have ever seen) ENDHIRAN hit the screen early today morning in India. I know there were couple of shows that I know was screened abroad.

Now let me not create the hype again, Let’s get into a review of ENDHIRAN.

The film starts with what else, as usual, Kalanithi Maran Presents, Super Star Rajini  etc and a metallic representation of Endhiran appearing in front of you...

This moment was great because, the title song was rocking... Yes I know you would have guessed correctly.. Puthiya Manidha.. Typically A rendered metallic voice of Rehaman was fantastic.. Also to mention at this point is about the whistles and screams that I heard during the title.

I guess this one of the movies where Rajini is being introduced in a Non Rajini Fashion...

We weren’t able to see two shoes walking, or a cooling glass being tossed or Multiple rajini's appearing together.

It was just the camera that was zooming in to show the super star modeling his robot.....

As the roar silenced, and the song progressed along with a progress in the robot being built, we were surprised to see rajini appearing in front of us like what tom hanks appeared in Cast Away...

Thought I guess the movie demanded rajini to be projected like this, I guess that this was not necessary as we couldn’t see superstar that way.

Then The movie progresses, and the robot is finally built and I am sure that rajini deserves a big round of applause for his performance as a robot... I don’t have words to describe his performance as chitti.. Chitti rocked all through the movie...

Then it’s the actual masala film story that is about a good robot being misused and the inventor trying to set that right.

Too many characters were not at all necessary... The movie till the first half was really really amazing and the screen play was fantastic.. In second half it turned out to be so mechanical and predictable..

The action sequence was not that great in the climax as most of things were not believable at all.

The twist that comes in the last 25 minutes is really great.. and the efforts of the cast and crew is very evident there.

Overall I guess this is a good movie, If u go and watch it with your brains resting somewhere.. Don’t expect much reality in this virtually realistic film....... But I would still say that it would be great to see thalaivar doing a lot of things that he hasn’t done before (I didn’t mean about the promotional activities!!!)

Aishwarya's Looks (Well I can’t comment much about performance, as you know, the movie demanded her just to react and not act)

Rehmans Background Score : I don’t even remember a small re recording of the movie, I guess rusell pookutty took over from rehman as we were able to hear only the sound effects.. One of the not so good works of rehman.

Romance between Aishwarya Rai and Rajini - Well No comments, but if I should say something I would say that it remembered me the Cheeni Kum  Movie....

Santhanam and Karunas not used much....

Rathnavelu's cinematography wasn’t that catchy as it was in Varanam Ayiram, or Sethu, or Pithamagan,,,,

Climax is too big and people were really screaming again for the movie to end..

  

So much of graphics and animation makes u feel that u are watching terminator 3..

  

I guess there is a lot of influence from the English movie BICENTENNIAL MAN and IROBOT AND TERMINATOR 3.....

Dialogues - Could have been better.. This is where I missed Sujatha..... I can never imagine a robot running on 1GB memory..., after all our computers are running on 4 GB's now.

Finally, The movie is to be watched without expectations, Enjoy Super star's Performance as a Andro Humanoid  Robot ChittiBabu and applaud Shankar’s efforts...

I guess it’s a different experience that should be experienced once......And you wont forget it....

Advantages and Disadvantages of Love

 A nice write up i came across, which is very very true

Love cannot be described in words, is a very different and beautiful feelings which is so pure and real. This is something which one feels when they like someone, but this liking is different from the liking of a normal friend, you feel like you cannot live your life without that other person and you want to be that person forever. When you are with them the times vanishes away like never before, you start giving that person a different place and value in your life. But there are many advantages and disadvantages of love.

Starting from advantages, love is a very beautiful feeling; it makes one feel on top of this earth and makes them feel important. As if they are special and all these feelings make them happy and they do things in a very cheerful and nice mood. The disadvantage of love is that when you are attached with someone so much that you decide to spend your life with that person and for some reason things do not work out, then there is a huge disappoint and you move away from that person and things get worse, and it takes a lot of time for them to recover and get over it.

Whats Happens when u are in love?????

What Happens to you when you are in Love????

Really not sure how will people answer.. Everyone has one or the other answer for this question... I also have an answer.. But mine.. Its totally a different view...

Dont Mistake me for what i have written,,,, All these are written based on True and Real experience and my friends Experience....

The person whom you Love will not accept u as u are.. They will want u to change..
Your True Intentions would not be valued at all...

Even if you are ready to accept them like as they are, they are not ready for that.....

When you tell them that U love them, the first question the will ask is what made you feel like that.. As far as i am concerned, no one can be sure of what made them fall for the other person, it could be anything or it could be everything on the whole... But u can say it and when u are not sure of what made u like that, then your love, even if it is truthful is not valued at all....

People would say that they had a bad love life, when you tell them to throw that, they will never and ever throw that becasue they would still have a false hope that something good might happen.... Inspite of being lost, they wont accept your help, incase if u like such a person, they wont accept or something will stop them from accepting and thats very tough to make that person realise... All you have to do is to wait for the person to rebound to you, even for ages, if you are truthful... Else Pray for them to get thier bad experience transformed to an wonderful experience...

There are instance that you would be put into test... Waiting.. For what.. Like you go and tell a person that u like her or him, they would say... Tell me if you would be like this after 3 years.. Then i would accept you... Now what are they trying to test here... Truth, or Love or the person.. Or for what is this waiting period.. It was funny once when a person said that you might get some one better than me in this waiting time... But imagine,A person tells someone like this and u are being asked to wait for 3 years,,, And say something unfortunate happens on the last day before the 3 year ends.. The person who proposed dies in an accident... What is the use.. The person didnt live a life... "Love should be Unconditional"..... It should make u live intensely, live totally and here and now,,, Not then and there....


The worst thing is bringing parents into your life... Like i dont mean that parents are not important,,, Some would really say that if my parents are Ok i will also be Ok..... But when you ask them If your parents point fingers on me and ask if you can marry me will you tell ok?? The answer would be let me see or thats what i have told u na, my parents choice..

Life is not like choose the correct answer.. Its a short, Choose the best... Choose the one that will best suit you....

So Guys and Gals... If you are getting into some thing called Love.... Beware.... U may come across such situations,,,, BEWARE and then dont break your heads and keep waiting without knowing.... What could happen...... But if u are still sinciere.. Go ahead and wait,.. Thats a great feeling u can have....

Why do you get attracted to some one whom you dont know??

There's been this question always in my mind.. when my friends spoke about thier attractions, i used to make hay while the sun shines, meaning i used to comment them because there are simply Ironic and the person who attracted them is Magnetic...

But the fate doesnt leave anybody from being Ironic or Magnetic. at any one point of time you could be a ironic person, some other time you could become a magnetic person.. Or sometimes even both, meaning that you would be attracted to somebody and somebody would be attracted to you...

The important question here is that, Why only some irons(The Attracted) are able to reach there magnets(Person Attracting) and stay together, and some dont even experience the pull, or simply dont achive in reaching thier magnet.....

In real life, this would have happened to many of the people who would read this.. May be could have happend to you also....

Why is that you should first get attracted to some one whom you dont know.. What could be the possible reason behind getting attracted to some one...

I was also attracted to a magnet in my life, once or twice or even more!!!! Phew, but then instead of the magnets force pulling me, i was repelled out from the magnetic field totally some times.. Some times i didnt not bother to respond to the force....

Though i guess there is no point in blaming the magnet at all, but still i cant blame myself too for being ironic (Getting attracted.. Happens Guys :))..

Whose mistake is this?

When i was thinking about the same thing over a period of time, something stuck me...

The possible reasons for being attracted and the possible reasons why all attractions never attach are listed below...

The reasons for getting attracted :

1. The magnetic force is pulling you hard and the most important thing is that you are experiencing the same..
2. Your valance electron is very active, meaning you are desperate to attach to something
3. The forces around you are pushing you towards the magenet and then by somemeans you start experiencing the same
4. Simply to saw, Nature... Meaning its a simple Biology that you cant stop yourself from getting attracted or to attract someone from the opposite sex...

The reasons for why sometimes you are lost??

1. You are not anymore Ironic to the magnet, you loose the Ironic features
2. There are external disturbance to infulence the Magnetic field
3. You are a rusted Iron - You need a clean up!!!!
4. The magnet is already attached to some other Iron....
5. You Experience the magnetic field, but you cant move yourself till the magnet, means you are holding your self to something else..
6. You are already attached to some other magnet and now that you dont want to go or the magnet thats holding you is very strong, where ever you go, it attracts and brings you back
7. The magnet that you are attracted to currently repels the other magnets coming near you..

Well i can mention other couple of reasons more, but let me cease myself from writing some more....
Guys,
Irrespective of any of the things that was discussed here there could be a lot.. This is just a ideology or a thought that came into my psychopathic head. Dont take this a serious thing that i had innovated or something..... But just my scribblings..
Well i was also an Iron before, a Magnet for sometime and an Iron again... You change as the life changes......
But still if you are a very strong magnet, you can still pull in your Iron, even if it is attracted to some other magnet.
If you are a Strongly lighter Iron, you will surely reach the magnet or make the magnet to pull you more..
Or you could be just a magnet always trying to attract,
Or, you could be a rusted Iron, where you have to clean your self or someone to clean you to get attached.
Or you could be an unlucky Strongly Lighter Iron (like me), where you desperately fail with all magnets,
But still Iron is Iron, a Magnet is a Magnet,, Apart from getting attached each other there are other great things for which the iron can serve as a purpose and the magnet ofcourse can contribute in someother area....
Remember You can be a pillar for a strong building if you are an iron, you can be a base material for a lot of things if you are a magnet inspite of not being attracted to each other..
That time you will really feel how you are being helpful and doing something to the people around you,,,,
I dont mean to say that only if you are not attached alone you could contribute, well we all know the fact that An Iron and A Magnet is a great pair and can achieve a lot of things being together.....

Feel the Zeal of Service... Starting a Social Service Trust---

Those were the words of Shri Gautama Buddha. Another Person who changed many people’s life...and mine too!!

Going on the same path, I mean following the words of Buddha, I thought that I should have a generous heart, should be Kind in my speech and want to live a life of service and compassion.

I felt that I want to be the happiest person by giving more…

I have decided to pay the rent for my room on earth…

Yes friends, I have been thinking of doing something for the mankind and the society that we live… And here I have come out with plans that will really benefit the society around me, the people around me who really deserve some happy moments in life…

I guess the time for me has come to start up an SOCIAL SERVICE TRUST. This will work towards equalizing the lives of people.

I have tentatively named the trust as Aksharam. Incase I don’t get that name after the registration process, I will try Thathvam.

The main Motto of my Trust are, but not limited to,

Youth Empowerment
Rural Development
Creating awareness about various social issues
Supporting orphanages in fund raising events
Be of a good support to other volunteering organizations
Animal Welfare
Connecting the donor and the receiver through a portal that I would be dedicating to the social service…
And many more….

All this would be done by me on my free time… I respect my professional life and value the responsibilities that my organization has given for me and at the same time I also feel responsible to being the change that I want to see…. So my weekends will be dedicated to the trust... Only my week ends…

I guess most of you will also have the same question, how can you contribute.. Pls donate your 1 hour of time in during the weekends.. Let me say some 5 hrs per month as per your convenience..

Aksharam/Thathvam or the trust that I am going to start will NEVER COLLECT MONEY FROM ANYBODY... I won’t encourage any donations... I want myself and my people to work on the field and get things happening…

I request you all to contribute 5 hrs/month of your time and encourage and experience the zeal of volunteering..

After all the small writing in the book says,

Many will be shocked to find,
When the day of judgment nears,
That there's a special place in Heaven
Set aside for volunteers.

Furnished with big recliners,
Satin Couches and footstools,
Where there are no Meetings, Presentations,
Nor Change Implementation and System Administration.
No Conference calls or Service Delivery Presentation,
There will be nothing to print and review.
Not one thing to implement and analyze,
Cell Phone calls will be outlawed.
But a finger snap will bring
Cool drinks and gourmet dinners
and rare treats fit for a king.

You ask,
"Who'll serve these privileged few and work for all they’re worth?"

The Answer, all those who reaped the benefits, and not once volunteered on Earth.

So pls volunteer for this cause and help me bringing this up!!!!!

A single act does make a difference...it creates a ripple effect that can be felt many miles and people away. I want to create that ripple effect in the society.
As far as service goes, it can take the form of a million things. To do service, you don't have to be a doctor working in the slums for free, or become a social worker. Your position in life and what you do doesn't matter as much as how you do what you do.

The initial activities will be in and around Tamilnadu; later on I am planning to expand to different states too

I am planning to launch the trust by mid’s of October. I will be sending you official information soon on this and an invitation also… I will be launching my trust during a social activity…. SO I would like to see you all there…


Note: I am also looking for some active support from people in terms being governing members of the trust... If any one is interested to be a part of the governing council, pls reply me back; otherwise also reply if you feel you want to share some thing.

Launching the “Switch off your Vehicle movement”

As you all know and you are aware that Vehicles emission creates a drastic change in the environment. The carbon residue from the silencer has already created a lot of damage to the atmosphere...

The idea behind this activity is to stand in signals where the time to wait is more than 2 minutes and advice the users to switch of their vehicle..

We will select two to three prime locations and do a awareness program on a bi weekly basis…

I will seek the permission from necessary authorities and the police department before we launch this…

I guess this is where I would also be launching, my trust..

I am planning to invite some celebrities also for this event,,

Pls give me some more ideas for this…

Starting – Jana Seva Common Computing Center

I don’t know how many off you have felt that you have not been able to use computers when you were a kid and when your parents were not able to get you one.. I still remember those days when I would wait for 5 hours to play a 5 minute game called Dangerous Dave. The only person who had computers when I was a kid was my friend... I have also got lots of humiliations for bugging him and pleading him to give me computers.

This was one main reason why I wanted to become a computer engineer too….
I have also experienced the same when I was really needing computers to use in my college days and how much I waited in the lab to get one and to check mails always depending on the browsing centers and spending money there… I finally got one when I was in my final year and my parents still feel that they have spent a huge sum in getting that for me… I still get scolding’s for that..

Let’s leave my story… There are people who can’t even afford to have a friend who can give them computers, or have parents who can get the computers or even pay for the browsing charges….

Now considering the amount of humiliation that I had felt when I was a child, I am more worried about this sector of people who are not able to use the computers.
My sisters kid who is 2 years now plays with her fathers laptop, my brothers 10 year old son plays on his PC, but my auto drivers soon looks at this piece of machine as something which he cant even think of using in his life.. He dreams about touching the computer once…

Our Jana Seva common computing center will cater to the needs of people like the boy who is dreaming to touch the computers one day…

Now the source of Computers –
1. Get junks from companies which change their infra frequently
2. Get old P2 PC’s which people literally sell for 1000 rs.
3. Get some one to sponsor some PC’s
4. Get some one to Sponsor internet connection
5. Same thing with power supply..
6. Place is not a constraint as I would be converting my terrace into a computing center…
7. Similarly good people like you who have taken time to read through can do this if they want to really make the difference…

Now how is it going to be used???

1. Anybody can use this
2. We will block all the illegal contents that could be browsed
3. Will use Linux initially as it is a free software and will then slowly move to windows
4. Rope in some volunteers to spend some time like one person per hour per week and teach the kids.
5. Free coaching for computer certifications for people who cant afford to pay the fees.
6. Allow people to use computers for their happiness but without using any illegal content
7. Allow kids from various down thrown sectors to play games
8. Internet usage, which would be monitored..


Pls give me your idea for this also….


These are the two major activities for this year I mean till the end of 2009.
Will also do many small activities like cleaning the public place, promoting social causes. And more
